A book I so fondly remember from my childhood, sadly I do not have a copy here but for those with little ones, I did happen on a pretty sweet video of it found here .

One of my favorite books!!!! When I was pregnant with Noah, my mom sent me the book I had read so often as a child (and doodled in, too). It is one of my treasures. Will have to check out the video. Happy Weekend to you guys.

ReplyDeleteFunny, I sort of remember that one or another of us kids 'doodled' in our copy too, was a nice worn in book. Right up there in my memory with Blueberries for Sal and Make way for ducklings.
We love that book! I love the picture of 5 men who come to check the bulls. Their hats are fantastic. I'll look at the video's with the boys later. GOod find.

ReplyDeletenever had the book, not sure if it is big in denmark at all, which is where i grew up. but we did see that cartoon many times. it was a part of a disney show that would be sent now and then. i loved it and it was such a sweet moment to see it again. so thanks for the memory :)
