A recent favourite
dressing: 2 garlic cloves pressed,
the zest of one whole lemon
fresh rosemary ( 2-3 springs) leaves finely chopped
2 Tbs capers
olive oil
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste
*small tip - toss the potatoes with the dressing as soon as they are done cooking and leave to cool in the fridge dressed.

I can totally relate (although Stella is out of the breast feeding days) but it is really tough rushing in this heat- thank god for siestas!
The beach is Ghajn Tuffieha. We should BBQ there together sometime soon!
